REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At HUMAN PERFORMANCE, UAB, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The product is unopened, with all original safety seals and packaging intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note: Due to health protection and hygiene regulations regarding food and health supplements, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or had their safety seals tampered with after delivery.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item at our Logistics Center in Vilnius, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (bank payment via Montonio, credit/debit card via Mollie, etc.).

  • You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

3. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of standard initial shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@humanperformance.pro with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging.

    We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
