Refund and Returns Policy

At Human Performance Pro, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The product is unopened, with all original safety seals and packaging intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of our products (health supplements), we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or had their safety seals tampered with, as they cannot be resold for safety reasons.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item at our European Logistics Center, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@humanperformance.pro with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
