WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • Our Carriers: We partner with DPD, DHL, and Standard Post to provide reliable and secure delivery options based on your location.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • North America (USA & Canada): 7–14 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days, depending on local customs and regional logistics.

Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (including the USA), please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
